What We Do
We train indigenous, and not-for-profit communities and organisations in “How to Harness Great Attitudes, Great Leadership and Financial Literacy to Create Desirable Growth and Sustainability with Measurable Improvement.”
This focus is based on the reality that Great Attitudes and Great Leadership Behaviour are the primary determinants of community and organisational viability and sustainability – beyond structure money resources and opportunities. Financial Literacy is the skill that enables sustainability in this largely commercial world.
We aim to be so successful our service becomes redundant to our clients, except for updates and continuous improvement. We seek those we serve to become self reliant, self-determining and delivering real value.
Whilst we are not-for-profit, and though we do gratefully accept donations, we are not dependant on charity-style fund raising, nor do we behave "needy" and we remunerate those who do our work in an equitable manner.
Our Associates
Our associates are independent people who are either leaders, trainers, facilitators or coaches in their own right.
Our associates are chosen for their authentic congruence of values similar to ours; their existing professional abilities or willingness to acquire such abilities; their agreement to abide by the conditions we require of associates regarding our values; behaviours; adherence to the ethical dealing with intellectual property; and their consistency of quality of service.
All associates are independent and provide their service, only when they are available and GAFACALD has a requirement, and are specifically not “employees” of GAFACALD.
Core Training Modules for Our Associates
- FaCTTS delivery methodology *
- Attitudinal Competence*
- Great Leadership Behaviour*
- Designing the Measurement of Return on Investment
- Financial Literacy will be delivered by appropriately accredited people.
Our Remuneration Policy
We seek only to remunerate and be remunerated according to our time and energy expended; and recoupment of costs, using the principle of fair and equal exchange.
If our clients are unable to remunerate us we will still deliver and seek another way of fair and equal exchange e.g. paying forward the value.
We remunerate our associates for being trained, their service delivery and cover their costs.
