Simple - not to be confused with simplistic; however do not complicate nor make complex - it doesn't impress anyone, nor do we waste time with unnecessary complexity.

Enjoyable - this does not need explanation, save to clarify that what's enjoyable must not harm others or property!

Respectful - all our attitudes and behaviours, actions, decisions and choices are unconditionally respectful. Anything less is unprofessional, incompetent and unacceptable.
