Our fee policy is aligned with our values and is based on:

• Cost Recovery – does not include travel and accommodation which must be borne by client in addition to the fees below.
• Sustainability – ability to continuously improve the quality of our services and take care of our people’s well-being, comfort and safety.
• Giving and Sharing – helping those less able to access and/or benefit from our service.

After we have been remunerated in a manner that enables our well-being, comfort and continuing personal development, and all other costs enabling the sustainability of our service, the remainder goes to GAFACALD.

As of July 1st 2008, until further notice here is our fee structure: -

Personal Coaching Client (Standard)1 - $350.00 per hour plus GST plus $50.00 per hour to a registered charity of client’s choice2
Stellar Private Client3 - $500.00 per hour plus GST plus $200.00 per hour to a registered charity of client’s choice2


CORPORATE (FOR PROFIT) CLIENTS

Coaching (one on one) - $350.00 per hour plus GST plus $50.00 per hour to a registered charity of client’s choice2
Group Work (two or more people)4 - $500.00 per hour plus GST plus $200.00 per hour to a registered charity of client’s choice2


NOT-FOR-PROFIT CLIENTS

Flat rate of $250.00 plus GST per hour.


PRO BONO SERVICE

Clients wishing to access this service, wholly or partly please make a submission, including how they will “pay forward” the value of the service.

KEYNOTE SPEAKING – Negotiable - circa $3000 and $6000
