Note:   Whilst the below applies, due to the current financial pressures most clients are expressing, we will recognise and work within your means - we apply the philosophy of 'what works for all parties' - rather than insist upon our usual fees.  This in no way demeans our value and we will make it clear what the service would normally cost and work to that amount in determining your return on investment.

Our fee policy is aligned with our values and is based on:

• Cost Recovery – does not include travel and accommodation which must be borne by client in addition to the fees below.
• Sustainability – ability to continuously improve the quality of our services and take care of our people’s well-being, comfort and safety.
• Giving and Sharing – helping those less able to access and/or benefit from our service.
• Value we bring to our clients
• Being fair and reasonable for all parties

After we have been remunerated in a manner that enables our well-being, comfort and continuing personal development, and all other costs enabling the sustainability of our service, the remainder goes to GAFACALD.

Until further notice here is our fee structure: -

PERSONAL/PRIVATE COACHING (non corporate) - $150 - $250 per hour plus GST, subject to situation.

SME CLIENTS

Coaching (one on one and group) - $250 per hour plus GST.

Short day workshops (9am - 4pm) for Great Workplace Attitudes or Leadership Development - $1500 per day plus GST - where more than one employer/business can share costs, but a limit of 30 participants in total - so that they all get the best attention.

Half day workshops (4 hours) for Great Workplace Attitudes or Leadership Developement - $900 plus GST, where more than one employer/business can share costs, but a limit of 30 participants in total -  so they get the best attention.

LARGE CORPORATE (FOR PROFIT) CLIENTS

Coaching (one on one) - $350.00 per hour plus GST plus $50.00 per hour to a registered charity of client’s choice2
Group Work (two or more people)4 - $500.00 per hour plus GST plus $200.00 per hour to a registered charity of client’s choice2

Stellar Private Client3 - $500.00 per hour plus GST plus $200.00 per hour to a registered charity of client’s choice2

NOT-FOR-PROFIT CLIENTS

Flat rate of $250.00 plus GST per hour, but subject to means and capabilities.

PRO BONO SERVICE

Clients wishing to access this service, wholly or partly please make a submission, including how they will “pay forward” the value of the service.

KEYNOTE SPEAKING – Negotiable - circa $3000 to $6000
