Our fee policy is aligned with our values and is based on:

• Cost Recovery – does not include travel and accommodation which must be borne by client in addition to the fees below.
• Sustainability – ability to continuously improve the quality of our services and take care of our people’s well-being, comfort and safety.
• Giving and Sharing – helping those less able to access and/or benefit from our service.
• Value we bring to our clients
• Being fair and reasonable for all parties

Until further notice here is our fee structure: -

PERSONAL COACHING - $250 per hour plus GST, subject to situation.

SME CLIENTS

Consulting - value based, but no less than $250 per hour plus GST.

Coaching (one on one and group) - $250 per hour plus GST.

*Half day workshops (3-4 hours) - $1500 plus GST, where more than one employer/business can share costs, but a limit of 30 participants in total -  so they get the best attention.

*One day workshops (9am - 4pm) - $2500 per day plus GST - where more than one employer/business can share costs, but a limit of 30 participants in total - so that they all get the best attention.

CORPORATE (FOR PROFIT) & GOVERNMENT CLIENTS

Consulting & Coaching (one on one - up to supervisor level) - value based, but no less than $350 per hour plus GST

Consulting & Coaching (one on one - senior managers & general managers) - value based, but no less than $450 per hour plus GST

Consulting & Coaching (one on one - C-level executives and directors) - value based, but no less than $550 per hour plus GST
*Short Group Work (up to 3 hours) (two or more people) - $550.00 per hour plus GST

*Half day workshops - $2500 plus GST

*One day workshops - $3500 plus GST
Stellar Private Client Coaching - $550.00 per hour plus GST

NOT-FOR-PROFIT CLIENTS - charity and government funding dependent and providing caring or humanitarian work - does not include FESA/SES type organisations.

Flat rate of $250.00 plus GST per hour, but subject to means and capabilities.

PRO BONO SERVICE

Clients wishing to access this service, wholly or partly please make a submission, including how they will “pay forward” the value of the service.

KEYNOTE SPEAKING – Negotiable - circa $3000 to $6000

*includes group coaching facilitation and training.
