Who We Are
We are not-for-profit, viable and sustainable. We harness the passion and skills of leaders, trainers, coaches, facilitators and speakers to enable indigenous, not-for-profit and underdeveloped communities and organisations to become viable and sustainable.
We specifically transfer Attitudinal Competence and Great Leadership Behaviour to the communities and organisations, enabling them to
- resolve the past; deal with the present and plan for the future;
- settle conflicting views and needs peacefully honourably and sustainably;
- acquire and utilise resources;
- lead with candour, care, competence, commitment, consistencyand courage, when called upon to do so;
- be valuable supporters of the highest standards of leadership.

Our Mission
To make available to as many people as possible, in the areas of greatest need, as soon as possible, the skills of attitudinal competence and great leadership.
To remain at peace with, and independent of religious political or commercial bias.
Our Core Beliefs
Attitudinal Competence (the ability to choose our best attitude, regardless of what is happening) is the prime requisite for ideal human behaviour and performance.
Great Leadership Behaviour (able to live the example required of all and influence others to do the same) is essential if peolpe are seeking to cooperate to achive a common goal or purpose.
Regardless of what talent resources or opportunities a community or organisation may have, they also must have Attitudinal Competence and Great Leadership Behaviour to be successful and sustainable.
All people can acquire these skills and deserve access to them.
A critical mass having these skills will accelerate global peace, honour and sustainability.
