We always begin with investigating the state of those factors and traits mentioned above.

Some Examples of Track Record

yellow1. We began in 1997, with a start up electrical service company that asked for our help in growing. Within 3 years they had: -
  • Grown revenue by 300%
  • Lost no staff.
  • Implemented a staff profit sharing scheme.
  • Had a list of experienced electricians wanting to join the business.
  • Won their industry award, peer selected, three year in a row.
  • Reported as high achievers in BRW in 1999.
  • Today they are national and diversified with large shopping centre contracts.

2. Between 1999 and 2008 we helped a large high profile unionised workplace become a high performing service.   We were asked to help because of the BRW report previously mentioned. The core work was training and coaching the leadership and supervisory teams to be better leaders.  We also assisted having the stubbornly disengaged to leave, ethically, legally and rapidly.

3. In 2002 we assisted a large training provider to re-vision and achieve their goals within record time.

4. Between 2002 and 2009 we helped a large infrastructure service company transform culture and performance, stimulating sustainable growth and a successful exit plan for the managing director/owner.

5. In 2003 we succeeded in re-engaging a disharmonious senior leadership team responsible for a giant project that had a serious impact on revenue.

6. In 2004 we helped a major bank overcome severe customer service reluctance with a new insurance product, such that they went from being 50% behind budget to 108% ahead of budget and the highest performing team nationally.

7. In 2008 -2009 we helped a large provider in the disability sector to fully engage their leadership to embark upon a successful growth strategy that today is proceeding extremely well.

8. In 2008 we helped a large human capital contractor re-engage a large group of mid-level managers, removing only two from seventeen, resulting in a massive return on investment.

9. In 2007 -2008 we helped a manufacturer to re-engage staff and become an award winning company and current leader in their field.

10. Along the way we helped two large mining companies improve their culture and retain good people.   Whilst improvements did occur, they stalled because the senior leadership wouldn’t engage in the process.  We learned a valuable lesson from that experience.  The leaders must move first!

11. Currently we are working with the senior executives of a large service company to transform their people into high performing teams. Because we are conscious of the need for the leaders to be first, the improvements are already forthcoming and sustainable.
