WHY?
* Senior Leaders set the organisation's culture and performance, by their example and what they tolerate or aren't aware of.
* Senior Leaders are mainly unaware of how much their people observe, mimic or criticize them.
* Senior Leaders don't invest enough in themselves being a unified high performance team of leaders. They are too busy making sure their people become high performing teams.
* Senior Leaders are usually high performing individuals, often at odds with each other, which is observed by those who work with and for them.
* Senior Leaders who become a high performing unified team of leaders, model the way and have much more influence.
* Overcomes gaps between strategy and execution.
* Overcomes silos and communication gaps.
* It is ineffective for the Senior Leaders to facilitate themselves as well as participate. It is best to appoint a professional facilitator & mentor who has walked in their shoes.
