Leaders Business Improvement Group Moderation

David provides a special moderation service to leaders who see the value in coming together to improve themselves, their business, and help each other to do so. 

Many leaders or sole owner/operators find it a lonely journey running their business.   This often leads to slow and stumbling improvement rather than timely smooth improvement.

LBIGM is a positive solution, providing the following benefits: -

• Monthly half-day formatted facilitated/moderated meetings of leaders or sole/owner operators, who are seriously committed to improvement of themselves and their business, and wish to do so in a safe, confidential, yet vigorous manner.
• Members are limited to ten maximum and five minimum and who are in non-competitive sectors, but could be complimentary (strategic allies).  Eight is an ideal number.
• Strict confidentiality.
• Open with each other.
• Unconditionally respectful of and to each other.
• Focus is on professional/personal and business development – they all go together.
• Members choose each other and each has the power of veto of a prospective new member.  The moderator can assist in both reasons for choice and approaching prospective members on behalf of the group.
• The first meeting is focussed on understanding how the meetings operate and what to cover. 
• The group enables each person to focus on their own improvement plus help each other improve by sharing their knowledge, experience and insights in a manner that is useful and respectful of all.
• The group has the ability to call upon recognised experts in any desired field to deliver the desired information in a manner directly relevant to each member.  The moderator organises and facilitates this.
• Each member has a log to measure their improvement in desired areas, enabling them to quantify the value of being in the group.
• Members need to expect a tenfold return on investment as a minimum, measured over the first twelve months.

The member investment is $500 per meeting, includes any food, beverage and venue costs, plus moderator’s fee and expenses. Members pay half yearly in advance.  This fee does not include any costs associated with external experts delivering to the group, however the moderator will assist in a transparent negotiation to enable the extra investment to be reasonable and worthy.
